Last night I got yet another delivery if cold food. Probably 8/10 of my deliveries in the past 6 months have followed the same pattern: (1) order with estimated delivery time at X, (2) around the time rhe order was due at X dasher messages that he is at the restaurant waiting for food, (3) 30-90 minutes later food is finally picked up, (4) delivery of cold food.

Most customers tip based on a percentage of the order total, so even a 10% or 15% tip can result in a big payout on a $200+ order.
